This policy explains what personal data SAPS Digital collects when you visit www.saps.digital, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
SAPS Digital is a B2B outbound consultancy. For the purposes of data protection law, we act as the controller of the data described in this policy.

What we collect
Information you give us. If you book a call, reply to an email, or contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share. Typically that is your name, your email address, your company, and the content of your message.
Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email address and the time you select, and shares that information with us. Cal.com processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect standard technical data through Google Analytics: your approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and basic details about your device and browser. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not collect analytics data until you accept analytics cookies.
What we do not collect. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies
Essential cookies are set by our website host, Webflow, and are needed for the site to load and function. They cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and only after you agree to them. They help us understand which pages people read and how they found us.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Why we use your data, and on what legal basis
We use the data described above to reply to enquiries, to arrange and hold calls, to provide our services once we start working together, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent for analytics cookies. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one when we correspond with you about a possible engagement or deliver work.
- Legitimate interests in running and improving our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Webflow for website hosting
- Google Analytics for website analytics
- Cal.com for call scheduling
- Our email provider for correspondence
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
Data we process for our clients
Separately from this website, we build and run outbound systems for our clients. In that work we handle business contact data inside tools such as CRMs, data platforms and sending platforms. For that data we act as a processor on the client's instructions, and it is governed by our agreement with that client rather than by this policy.
If you have received an email from a campaign we operate and want to know who is responsible for it or to be removed, write to contact@saps.digital and we will direct your request to the right party.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, you have the right to:
- request a copy of the data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or our business change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
